Maybe :-) But you can blame that on worse business condition and whatnot. But saying in 2012 there is a deferred divi payment set for May 31, 2014, having the liability on the balance sheet and then saying in last second they dont pay it... that would probably lead to a SEC halt and the stock would trade on grey sheet totally toast. Even Solomon cant afford that, even if he sees shareholders as ATM since that would mean its over for him as well.
