Dispensary deal thatcwas known illegal...pump...PR after PRcand still not one deal. The dispensary was everyone's hintvto beware. You can't take a conpany public if investors aren't from CO for 2 years. Even cultivation warehouse illega. Hence new acquisition attempt with still legal complications I'm sure. This remember holds true for all mj companies that decided to hold the facts about mj and public companies legal holdbacks!

All mj companies have held from investors the illegal setbacks of taking an mj dispensary or business public. There are many implications even with the hydroponic grow store and owning a warehouse where grown. So its a risky situation. Of course a deal will prove company is on track and trustworthy but until then we need more than talk and some results

ya i was in TTDZ when they were a scam, i went from .02 to .0001 and was there for 3 years. Then all of a sudden back to .04. Pennies change fast, calling something a scam WITH NO proof is childish at best. We dont know what real or not, so don't cry falsities .
