This is a development company. There is no revenue. Statements in regards to revenue are included in the postings as:

Revenue Recognition
The Company will recognize revenue when products are fully delivered or services have been provided and collection is reasonably assured.

Losses have been incurred from day one with, as you've provided, several attempted business ventures. Obviously, none have panned out. With that said, there is a clear difference between a failed business venture versus misinformation and/or fraud. I don't defend this stock nor do I defend Brian but I do know the difference between the two and to my knowledge, I'm not aware of any fraud charges brought against this company or Brian. If you know different, post it!

I've been around this stock long enough and am well aware of ALL items you listed and more. Anyone who puts money into a development company should know the risks.
