I don't see how this reverse split is supposed to be a bad thing. Reverse splits often occur when a company has diluted the hell out of their stock. They pull a r/s and start diluting all over again.

That's not the case here.

A reverse split here gets us a leaner share structure.

I'd love to hear others' thoughts on this.
