Just got back from looking over the last annual report. Even though AMMX was profitable for both 2012 and 2013, they increased the O/S by about 130,000,000 shares.
The next quarterly report is due out this month. Will be interesting to see if they have been continuing to sell shares.
Maybe someone that is in contact with IR could ask if the company has been selling shares. The trading lately has obviously warranted that question.
I can see a company that is just trying to stay afloat, getting hosed with equity financing, but this company seems to be making money. So, any increases to the O/S is something that needs to be addressed. Whenever I see VFIN or VDMN trading shares, it makes the hair on my neck stand up a little.
In the last conference call, it was intimated that the company was considering buying up cheap shares. This is totally against what was intimated.
Don't want to get all stirred up, I'm still way ahead here. But, the last couple of days have been a little curious. I am somewhat anally retentive when it comes to trust. If I know insiders are BS'ers, I'm good with that and won't let that stop me from trading a runner. But, when I am enticed into believing that all is on the up and up and I find out differently........
They did show some debt on the books, but it wasn't clarified as to what kind of debt it was. Perhaps someone is converting debt to shares.
