If B3 gets it's PSC approved tomorrow, ERHE steps into a new era, an are of VALIDATION. This is what we've been waiting upon. The delay on B4 appears to be Conoil's doing, who, as you know, has a CEO who's not exactly endeared with Offor. I think Conoil is pulling a Power Play, but like the XOM refusal to gather it's 2-25%ers ( A BIG MISTAKE FOR XOM ), XOM was shown the door. Conoil will IMO be shown the same door, and it wouldn't surprise me to see our rights increased.
