Yep. Hidden bids. Don't know who is doing it, but I have experienced slow (and partial) fills on the bid for weeks. I've even stepped in front of bidders, only to get passed over on occasion.
If it's the owners, fine. That puts them in control of the destiny of their company. A refreshing change here on the OTC, IMO.
