Wait a minute...I understand what you are saying about the class action....But how do you figure that PHOT will begin trading at $0.55 if the class action stuff gets cancelled?

Read the last comments on the rolling o article on seeking alphA about phots share based compensation. . The author basically recinds his article. .Rosen law firm has nothing. . It will be dropped.

When those sore losers who lost money on PHOT realize that the class action will only net them $12.72, I doubt that there will be much motivation to enroll. Its the blood sucking LAWYERS who make the real money.

Wow!!! “Sore losers who lost money on PHOT” Bad Karma, really sympahetic!!!

Also, if the SEC reveals no wrong doing, the class action self-terminates.

Please provide me one example of the thousands of cases that the SEC has suspended where they came back and said there was no wrong doing. TIA I believe there might be one but that was because of false testimony but I might be wrong on that one.

The chances are high that there will be no findings. An investigation HASN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED!

That is total nonsense!! FINRA investigated and so did the SEC then they were suspended and moved to the greys. The questions is how many other investigations will there be to pursue civil/criminal charges.

There is a high probability that PHOT will resume trading where this sleigh ride began, at 0.55

Actually, if history is any indication the probability of PHOT ever trading at 0.55 again are about zero.
