Regardless of the verdict, it appears we 'll know the outcome of the CA next week. Technically speaking, there should be no effect on PPS. But it does remove a small roadblock. And maybe the company can be a bit more transparent.

A big shout out goes to MLV for getting the price down for those options. I know they have already faired well (see stock price in early March) . Go team! Soon it will be time for the commoners to be rewarded - maybe have to bend over only one more time?
