YES! Wouldn't you? Everyone has been looking as why PPHM wouldn't move forward...maybe it's the partner!

Imagine BP's getting burnt like Pfizer on a regular basis as they've cut their in house R&D departments drastically in recent years. They have the cash...why not wait till the books are clean so to speak. Just makes business sense. I'm not saying that this is actually what is happening but it does hold water and make a lot of business sense.
