Exactly, this is simply emotional investors that are watching other tickers rise while this slowly drops. They will use the funds to buy at the top of another ticker right before it drops down 20%, then they will sell again and reenter here when this hits .0035+ again. Recognize the pattern and play it and you'll bank.
