Well, I doubt that the A/S is maxed out yet. 1B is a thousand million right? They have not been successful in rounding up that many sheep to max out the A/S.
But the beauty of the gagged transfer agent is that you only get to see the outstanding shares via the quarterly reports. If they are being on the up and up with those that is.
Why do you think the A/S needs raised again? Do you think they sold 1.85B shares already since the raising of the A/S to 2 billion?
