So what happens in these R/M when a company like Signifi wants to expand their International presence and use UNgS? Signifi seems to be having a decent clientele like MINi of BMW. They've sold them these machines and want to be part of the MMJ sector in US. I'm assuming Signifi would want as many shares as possible at the lowest prices. But then who buys?! Idiots like me I guess, lol!!

Low, I did some research on reverse mergers. Apparently, there is a 'Reverse Merger' board on iHub. It seems these are excellent plays if done right. Also, googling it returns some positive information.

The question is, is UNGS done as far as price appreciation is concerned or we gotta see how this plays out in the next 90 days?! The private acquired company, Signifi Solutions, is a Canadian company who wants to enter the US market and sell their kiosks for MMJ dispensation.

All information about these will be much appreciated.
