I actually thought about this and your post is BS. There is no way this case does not have its day in court. The Insurance Company that represented them is suing them to be removed from the lawsuit. Any judge who was in someone's pocket will end his career over this? If there is a Congressman involved the sh*t hits the fan when the MEDIA gets involved. No way good old boy back room dealings kills this lawsuit.
