- This was a Moopoo run scam. Better chance there are more than 5B shares out there.
- You don't R/S to have 1B shares wild in the market.
- You need room to increase the shares after shell purchase. Start out at 1B and immediately increase back to 2B. LOL really?
- Huge R/S is also about gaining control blocks of the stock as well.
You would obviously R/S the chit out of the stock (50M as example) to both raise the PPS and also be able to raise the shares to 1B immediately for growth.
You need to increase the share count after the RS so the new company has shares to sell for operating capital, deals, mergers/acquisitions.
Business 101... WOW! Stupid is what stupid says ;-)
