I can not believe that 100% of trading today was dilution. I think you'd see the price fall like a rock if that were true. One thing shareholders have in their favor is that 275% clause in the loan. 275% of zero is zero. Floyd has to keep this trading. At what price? I'm not sure he's real concerned about that in the short term.
