Well, I would never trust what is said on social media platforms at all, under any circumstances. And anyone who does is a chowderhead. But that's not the company's doing. They're silent because they're not about to go on these platforms and rebut, at least not a professional, responsible company. So I take what is said with a grain of salt, unless it's coming from a duly authorized representative of the company.
