Call me gullible, naive and/or say it is just wishful thinking on my part, but ever since the default news came out, I have been thinking that there is a lot more going on here than meets the naked eye(perhaps ACTC will have some kind of stem cell treatment for this which will make the "eye" better able to "see." lo)
Anyways, at this juncture with so many positive and exciting developments going on with the technology itself and with Dr. Lanza, for me it seems incongrous that bankruptcy is about to occur.
I just think the company has come to far to go the bankruptcy route, which would essentially be pissing in the face of current investors, many of whom are loyal, devoted, patient and have been in the stock for a long time).
I think Rabin would not have any problem doing this, but somehow I just have the gut feeling that the new Administration views and does things a bit differently.
Obviously I could be wrong, but I am not selling one share.
The only sure thing is that one way or the other I will learn a lesson in life once everything play out here.

Best scenario : trading halted to announce a JV coupled with uplist.

The shorters HAVE to cover their positions when it moves to a different exchange, and shareholders would be setting the cost for them to do so.. I've said it before, this could create an exponential explosion in pps far beyond what the science alone warrants (at this stage).. ACTC may be playing a risky game, but so are the shorters..

On the other hand, we could be looking at a reorganization via Chapter 11, in which case we shareholders will be royally screwed.

I continue to be very concerned at the silence from ACTC management in the face of such heavy shareholder concern, and the lack of contract renewal for Lanza..

Also consider that much of this uncertainty may be being driven by large pharma (indirectly of course).. they are not interested in cures, only treatments, so this science could be perceived as a threat to them, and they react accordingly..
