JJ stated that the delay is due to the new and developing relationship with Davita who is going to be doing the studies. But they are expected to begin in the coming months.

I agreed, it's frustrating! But let me share with you experience I had in 2006: I had lot of shares of FRTP because I saw on TV Rivera siting on their tank in Iraq...But price goes down, down from 4 to 0.65... I couldn't believe and start thinking that its maybe me - stupid to keep while everybody sale. I sold in January 2006 and in 6 month price was $34!!!!!! Why? Because Secretary of Defense was changed...MY POINT IS - WE DON'T KNOW WHY ITS SO DIFFICULT TO GET OUR PRODUCT TO THE MARKET, BUT IT DEFINITELY WILL, BECAUSE WE DO HAVE A PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! p.s. When I sold FRPT, Z got AEMD for .23 and its came to .78 in a year...
