Can you imagine the Millions of Americans who would make more money and be less of a burden to Government programs.

Again, how about all of Wal-Mart workers who continue to get less and less while the company raises the dividend, and encourages its workers to get food stamps.

Sure employment would take a hit in the first few months, but even if 500,000 lost jobs, over 3 Million workers would make that much more and work for wages that are above poverty level.

Maybe why so many Americans are having a difficult time is that one side worries about the effects upon the wealthy, why don't we try helping all of those Americans who go to work everyday and make low wages.

if that's the case why not lower the minimum wage cut it down to like $3 an hour I guess that'd be good for everyone or everyone that already has money.

Red, perhaps your forgetting something. The U.S. economy is over 70% consumer driven. Who are these anti-minimum-wage small businesses selling their product too........Jamaica? The more wealth j6p has the stronger the economy. Wage earners are the lifeblood of small business.

Could you even begin to imagine the massive shutting down of small businesses that couldn't find consumers with enough money to buy their product.

could you even begin to imagine the massive layoffs from small businesses that couldn't afford it
