You are barking up the wrong tree. Vitafizz as a brand in itself is an asset. Its brand, trademark and all capitalized costs of bring it to market are categorically 'assets' and some of it being 'intangible' assets so for you to make an ignorant comment that "there is no tangible item to own here" speaks to your inexperience and ignorance.
