It is a joint venture that's how it gets finance there is an outside investor putting up the cash and premier is guaranteeing the locations. the investor cannot dilute the company with this type of structure he receives a percentage of the cash flow. I spoke with them on this that's why they are in the driver's seat. it seems like you're trying to find holes and there are not any this guy knows what he is doing he has done it a dozen times before.

Obviously you're not the sleuth you think you are. It has been exclaimed as a joint venture if you do not know what that is then you have never done one or been involved in one. There is no shares that are given out in this particular a joint venture it is a cash on cash sharing arrangement.
