You said there's some lawsuit(s) against MFCD? Against the new management? I was unaware of that. Can you show me the info?

I heard about WWE, a private company going public through MFCD from my brother-in-law last fall and thought I'd start a board. Seems to be a POS like 99.99% percent of all penny stocks so far....
