If you look at the salaries they are not excessive, alot of the stock was issued when the stock was around 4 c, only a good chartist new the stock was going to fly, I don't even think the company knew it would run as hard as it did. But it's irrelevant. If they gave them stock in lieu of cash and not paying a high salary as a start up it's not necessarily illegal.
I'm not saying they won't get busted for something. Now that they have changed policy these directors will need to perform.
Some of those salaries are almost poverty level in California.
