Tob, she has 0,001 conversion rights, do the math. Really??? She put down $20K at 001, so 20MM shares. If she started to blow out of shares at 3c yesterday, that is $600K. Nice, right? Wondering why the SEC is not questioning this particular transaction. It doesn't seem arms length to me, but that is just my opinion.
