It doesn't sound like they have to pay anything. It appears to be more of a collaboration between the two entities.

At least we now know why they are paying rent on a facility in Amsterdam.

I agree with you , if things continue the way they are going, at some point the A/S has to increase but not to 5 billion.

I still wonder why Justin Hartfield and the ghost group got in at .25?

I bet they max out shares and eventually pull the R/S. This will DESTROY any long term holders and further line Dr. Bob's pockets via more dilution.
