What's being said Kitt is that the specifics about how much the funds are for is against SEC regulations. The fact they mentioned they have funding isn't against SEC regs but only listing specifically how much is the difference. Heck, they mentioned having funding in the pr but they didn't get specific on how much. Sheesh! Even for the fact telling Coolbob all this isn't against the rules, some of which was already known in the pr anyway.
