Honestly wouldn't sweat it too much. With an A/S increase at least he's didn't do the dreaded R/S... but we all knew an A/S increase or something of the sort was coming - they SS was being maxed out.
Some could say 5B is overdoing it... which it sure as hell is. But - here's to hoping that Frank didn't want to dilute his own stash of common stock but probably needed a way to bring on new investors ala stock offering.
Not time to run for the hills... quite yet. Let's see what the CEO has to say.
