Every year that goes by is another year Baristas has to audit. It has been 14 months since an uplist was announced, and not only has it not happened, but Baristas hasn't even publicly taken the first step forward toward that end. I wonder how long NASDAQ hangs-on while waiting for the audits? Even after the audited financials are submitted, and the Form-10, then there's a back-and-forth process that goes on for another year. No uplist will happen now until at least fall 2015. And really, the only way an uplist is going to happen is after an acquisition, and a new audit. I'd say 2016 at minimum.
