I think the big issue right now is going to be the terms of the convertible note. It might be toxic or not. We'll be stuck in the fives until we have more clarity, imo.
But whatever arbitrage happens, whereby investors who buy the note also short the stock to make risk free profits...sooner or later they will run out of shares related to the notes to short...and if positive developments occur, we will overcome that too.
Otherwise, given the nature of forward looking markets, I'm thinking there's going to be a buying opportunity coming up here soon. But I could be wrong.
