Bill, say's; Perez we weren't "caught" doing anything. We were recognized. And Vegas is the corporate headquarters for Creative Edge Nutrition (it's a Nevada Corp) the home city of John Germinario and our amazing lawyers at Howard and Howard.

Vegas is not the headquarters they are based in Michigan and were incorporated in Nevada. It is common to incorporate in states other than where you are based. Certain states make it simpler and cheaper to incorporate than others.

Please seriously do your DD and know what you are doing when investing in a company. Not to know these simple things is not doing basic DD.
