From the discussion of the Hennis proceedings (receiver, etc.), it appears that these were tacked onto the existing Hennis suit that previously went up the state-court appellate chain. So, if you have that case number from prior SEC filings (e.g., I seem to recall that litigation's being discussed here), that would most likely be the case you are looking for.

If that is not enough information, let me know, and I will look for the case. But, I think you just need to go back to the original Hennis case.

P.S. The docket materials might not be online. Near as I can tell from the spotty records on the original appeal (No. 11CA0061), the original case number in the trial court was San Juan County District Court No. 09CV3, Hon. Gregory G. Lyman presiding. When I try that for San Juan County, I get nothing. That means either (a) online records not available for cases initiated as long ago as 2009 in that county, or (b) the case number is wrong in the Court of Appeals' docket.
