there will probably be more than one revised proxy before they get it done

mgmt. wants more shares. They don't have to rationalize to want them. They just want them

I just hope the trials are going well. Hopefully we will get good news at ASCO, get the OIP done and hopefully we can recover.

The fact that the biotech mkt is soft, doesn't help either
