Nice level headed thinking there AK...I want to remind everyone that if by tomorrow we are not trading by 1 cent then we automatically go to OTCPINK on Thursday...in other words if we dont see the filing by after hours TODAY then what many of us have been saying that he wont RS will be made factual just as Berge has reassured us over and over again that it wont happen. I hope this will calm some of the nerves on here...

Agreed 100%. Also I think a lot of us have seen examples where sentiment was at its lowest before a spike, especially with pennystocks. This is a buying opportunity IMO. Buy low, sell high.
