I used Scottrade for years and can tell you that their website leaves a lot to be desired. Ever since it had that major overhaul and crash last year, there have been many, many, many problems.

The last time I had a stock symbol change, it took over a week to get it fixed. I was told buy one very frustrated rep that the folks in the back room, and yes that's what they call it, would get to it when they could. It was a penny stock, so it wasn't a priority.
