a little concerned banks about the filing where it showed procap has not been closed, everything seemed to be tied to that deal with their 5 to 10 million in funding, so how can they buy back shares with not money and how can they close primarq without funding. where is the S1, it looks like the call is being ignored because they don't want to answer questions, that is not good. in the past good or bad the company always followed through.I think the ceo is letting things get out of control.
