It is really pretty simple...hrt is a hated stock...huge numbers of investors trapped in this pos just waiting for an exit sp where they can break even..I would bet if JG offered $.45 on a buyout he would own this piece of garbage..just now some of mm and his cronies insider trader coming to light..like we did not know this was going on
"You have a point, but so what as far as I am concerned" I trade on the TSX and I seldom check Brazil. The important point I was making in my post was you can be very sure that MS & GS are not trying to manipulate the shares down.
I am quite sure Nelson's JG Petrochem would love to pick up shares at current prices, if it wasn't because of HRT's poison pill. If they really wanted to move in the direction of taking over the company this would be the best time to do so.
If in fact MS & GS felt that Nelson Tanure's company had any thoughts of doing so they would be working HRT's share price higher.
