Schedule 14C is an information sheet and will not contain financials. Financials will be filed through the SEC via 10-K on or before June 6th.

I was under the impression that the 14C contains certain financial information about the company. E and E also confirmed that the upcoming announcement will address share structure.


C14 initiates the name/ticker change; Share structure (I assume S/A only) may be addressed in a Letter to Investors; The actual audited financials will most likely be released after the name/ticker change.... We could get some of these goodies at the same time though, you never know.
