Yes very difficult in Commercial size equipment with a one-bead technology whether hot-melt fusion extrusion or fusion layering to keep the upper agonist components from damaging the lower antagonist sequestering polymer. Mechanical stress fracturing and/or solvents and bake heat from the imposed agonist/ER polymer stands to damage the walls of the antagonist sequestering polymer leading to severe antagonist leakage when exposed to acid/alkaline body fluids. A one bead ADT is simply a nightmare to produce stable ADT products.
