I think GARB is a better comparison for Treaty.

Both are companies with shadow management teams.
Both are in the business of confusing shareholders.

Both are in the business of recycling, BS and providing 99% in losses for shareholders.

Then there is also the PSP Ventures link.

We all know what that means.
