Remember: 3 Billion shares were restricted at CWIR and it was said CWIR would be restructured in the same manner as ENTI. In the same manner ENTI would be restructured in the same manner as APRU.
Side Note: Brokerage is reporting a 78% institutional ownership...
Side Note: Assets were transferred to PTEL along with the poison pill. Control group can't be got at, present "Encounter" share structure can't be got at. All that is left is restricted and not enough for control; presently they can't be got at. Which leave a possibility of a price in the 100-500 range.
So was this a coup d'état or a failed hostile takeover...seems the price is going to be restrictive.
