It makes perfect sense.

- A PR was released about a licensee that created speculation but the name of the other party cannot, will not, will never be released...maybe.

- Then the 10k is late and calls to Ali have provided no information on when this will be rectified. His comment...I have no idea and even if I did I couldn't tell you.

- Then the news that a judgement of nearly 600k was levied against Ali and Company for securities fraud in settlement of an old case that they didn't even bother to fight or appeal is not good news.

These things will keep this stock low.

Until something positive happens it should remain there. JMO.
