It's not that the pps won't move up, but how fast it moves up and for the right reason. My opinion is there isn't much of a reason, and yes, there are people who do care about 20 billion shares. If i saw 20 billion shares outstanding, I would run! I'm not disagreeing with you about ARSC not making money. My disagreement is how fast and if there's a good reason. For me and others, I don't see a good reason and the pps wouldn't move quick enough for me. And for many others, there doesn't need to be a good reason but the pps MUST move more freely and that 20 billion O/S is a killer on good movement. And by the way, new investors don't care about the past which is true, but they DO care about how bloated a stock is. This is bloated! May not be as bloated as some of the ones you are presently in, but it is. New investors LOVE an easy moving stock! They can make exponentially the money they seek in no time flat. ARSC isn't that type of stock.
