The shares are being acquired in a very intelligent way.
I believe that someone is taking in shares to build a block. You can't just go around buying or selling $100k blocks of SKTO like they do in other names.
The pattern may be in expectation of an earnings announcement, pre-announcement, or some other reason I don't know.
What I do think is that some MM is carefully and deliberately taking shares in without running it up prematurely. Beware GTC limit orders to sell and enjoy the ride!
