Meridian...i do not know enough about AIM to understand it beyond it reflecting a better value for reserves. Would ERHC remain an American corporation under AIM? Is that an inherent conflict? Would current shareholders be as protected? Would a 1/10 split "eliminate" some smaller holders?
I'm assuming there will be some breathing time between PSCs and AIM? Enough time to allow the stock value to reach it's true value (or something close?)? These are a few of my favorite concerns.
