I was also sold into the company...The product is sound, it's mismanagement that is killing the company. That's not breaking news, but it's the truth. I'm not sure anyone can get rid of Roy. If I remember correctly, Roy has taken away everyone's right to vote except for his, so no one can force him out, and even if I am not remembering correctly, Roy has more shares than anyone, so he could easily win the vote to force him out
