Well, as you know, FINRA is the official keeper of short data for the SEC, not that bogus promotional website that claims to reflect shorts but in reality reflects unsettled trades.
Unsettled trades are not even the same thing as shorts.
Why is it the FINRA does not know about those millions and billions of shorts? Wait, I know, because they don't exist.
