I think you're correct. I would have expected this to easily go over $2 with this sort of news. Perhaps the market is still a little wary due to the history with NVIV.

Not a one day spike. Lots of positive news to come now that the uncertainty of the trial start date is no longer an issue. Expect a positive SA article in the next day or two which will help heighten exposure. New management has righted the ship. I would think that an uplisting in the coming months is not out of the question.
