I agree man something is up! It's not shorting. The short report was only like 20 something %. Plus why would you take the risk to make 3% when this could run at any moment. I could be completely wrong but I don't think it's just shorting

Float is the most important then OS and last AS.
$UTRM ps are good buy here, volume 22M and still in amateur hour.
