Read: June 10, 2013 company blog. The trademark for Appflix was granted. It is no longer an application in process. The present extension is for its USE. The argument that it is only an application ongoing does NOT make sense; why a NOA, "notice of abandonment of trademark" was issued if it is not yet a registered trademark? How can you abandon something you do not have???
